Mission Statement

Here on this site you will find a haven of health of fitness information and the services of myself and others.
The route that I am taking this site is to set it apart from the average, run of the mill, fitness site. It will include plenty of services offered (including in person training and online coaching) as well as plenty of writing to help inform you all, in (hopefully) a fun and thorough style, about health and fitness as well as other areas such as mindset, sports and martial arts.

While I would love to help as many people as possible, my style of training and writing might not work for you all. So please, take your time to look around the site and make up your own mind. 

​

If you want to get started in powerlifting, lose weight, get stronger or just read about how to do it, then you can find information on that here in abundance. You might even find that some of the articles over in the writing section are of a different tone to those of most fitness sites (some are downright nerdy).

Looking for training? Either online or face to face? 
I began training people in 2013 and have done consistently in the time since. The clients who I have worked with in that time have gone onto reach their goals, whether they be in : -

  • Endurance events (5k/10k etc)

  • Injury rehab

I am based in Taylor's Strength Training in Liverpool for 1:1 training.

As of 2015 I offer online training to anyone, anywhere. This is especially good for those who don't live in Liverpool. Even if you just simply want a programme or consultation then this option is for you.

Daniel Lee Fitness was started in 2013. In this time I have collaborated with many clients on their journey to achieving their goals and dreams. Those dreams may include - getting stronger; losing weight; gaining weight; starting competitive powerlifting; looking good for a holiday or photo shoot, or ; just being plain awesome.
